6. Payment and Refunds

Payments

• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis

Refund Policy

• Individual courses: 7-day refund window from purchase date, provided less than 30% of the course has been completed
• Subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within the first 14 days
• Enterprise accounts: Governed by individual enterprise agreements
• Lab sessions already consumed are non-refundable

7. Hands-on Labs

Our hands-on lab environments are subject to additional terms:

• Lab sessions have time limits as specified per lab
• Lab resources are provided for educational purposes only
• You must not use lab environments for unauthorized activities
• Data created in labs may be deleted after session expiration
• We reserve the right to terminate lab access for misuse

8. Certifications

Certificates of completion are awarded upon meeting course requirements. These certificates verify completion of Skillopia courses and do not constitute professional certifications unless explicitly stated. Misrepresenting certificate status is prohibited.
